The program implements guidelines, regulatory and reference data in the field of ecology and environmental protection.
It is intended for carrying out operational calculations and obtaining reference data.

At the moment, the following techniques and databases are implemented:
• GOST R 56163-2014, Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Method for calculating emissions from stationary diesel plants.
• GOST R 56164-2014, Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The method for calculating emissions from welding works based on specific indicators.
• Calculation methods for dispersion of emissions of harmful (polluting) substances in the atmospheric air. Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia (Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation) of June 06, 2017 No. 273.
• Recommendations on the calculation of systems for the collection and removal of surface runoff from residential areas, sites of enterprises and determining the conditions for its release into water bodies, NII VODGEO, 2015.
• Federal Waste Classification Catalog and Waste Data Bank.
• List and codes of air pollutants.
• A graphical presentation of the results of the dispersion calculation, with the representation of the isolines, is organized.
