Adaptive Production Systems

This app is designed to facilitate learning of the key skills to improve Production Systems. It is a synthesis of the Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Toyota Kata, TWI (Training Within Industry) schools of thought.

The app is built around understanding production as a system (applying systems thinking), therefore developing 4 habits for universal skills:
Discovering problems
Problem solving
Instructing
Process improvement

These skills are developed through "learning by doing": cards for each universal skill lead to filling forms, which reflect the local specific situation of a production facility. Deliberate practice develops mental patterns which develop a continuously learning, i.e. continuously improving organization.
