- Confidential and secure: Only you and your advisor have access to your chat. Your conversations and data are encrypted and protected.
- Simple and flexible: You can ask your questions in a personal chat at any time and receive quick answers. You can also call and video call your advisors.

Who advises you at Alles Clara?
The nearly 30 advisors across Austria come from the fields of nursing and psychology and are familiar with the challenges faced by people with caregiving and support responsibilities.

How is Alles Clara implemented?
The implementation of Alles Clara is only possible thanks to the collaboration of many partners from the nursing and support sectors, academia, the public sector, and the private sector. The advisors come from Soziale Dienste Burgenland GmbH, connexia, Caritas Pflege, Hilfswerk, Diakonie, the Red Cross, and the Arbeiter-Samariterbund. Alles Clara is funded by the State of Lower Austria, the Ministry of Social Affairs, and the ERSTE Foundation.
