Angelschein & Fischerprüfung

Want to get your fishing license? Studying with us will prepare you for the theory portion of the fishing exam. You'll learn using your state's question catalog – and the learning system will identify your weaknesses.

■ YOUR STATE
Fishing exams and fishing licenses are regulated at the state level.

Therefore, each of the 16 German states has its own catalog:
Baden-Württemberg · Bavaria · Berlin · Brandenburg ·
Bremen · Hamburg · Hesse · Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ·
Lower Saxony · North Rhine-Westphalia · Rhineland-Palatinate · Saarland ·
Saxony · Saxony-Anhalt · Schleswig-Holstein · Thuringia.

Plus Switzerland – and a separate, free catalog for fish biology.

■ YOUR LEARNING PROGRESS
• Your learning progress at a glance – for the entire catalog and for each subject area individually.

• The statistics show your answers over the last 7 days: questions answered, correct and incorrect.

• Plus, the change in your learning progress compared to the previous week.

• The "Detailed Statistics" list each question in the catalog along with its progress.

• Filterable by correct, partially correct, incorrect, and not yet studied.

■ PRIMARY EXAM
• The exam simulation runs with the number of questions and time limit specified for your catalog.

• A countdown timer and a progress bar show your progress.

• Afterward, you'll see your results and which questions you should review.

■ STUDY QUESTIONS VIA NOTIFICATION

• Büffeln sends you study questions as notifications—up to ten per day.

• You determine how often and over what period you receive them.

• Answers are provided directly in the notification, without opening the app.

• The results are added to your study progress.

• Questions are drawn from all questions or only from those you have memorized, answered incorrectly, or updated.

■ HOW YOU LEARN
• Study subject by subject or all at once – the choice is yours.

• Incorrectly answered questions are revisited – in intensive learning mode, this happens after just a few minutes.

• Saved, incorrectly answered, and updated questions are reviewed as a separate round.

• In school mode, you learn in the catalog's order, for example, alongside your course.

• Plus: Save questions, search all questions and answers, and see where a note is located.

■ BUY ONCE, LEARN UNLIMITED

• No subscription, no renewal – you can continue learning even after passing the exam.

• You purchase the catalog for your state once – all subject areas included.

• Try out each catalog in the free version beforehand.

• After downloading, you can study even without an internet connection.

• With a free account, you can transfer your intensive learning progress to a second device.

• School mode remains local on the device.

■ NOTES AND SOURCES

• Büffeln is a private learning resource and is not affiliated with any government agency or examination board.

• The answers are maintained and regularly reviewed by expert instructors.

• Individual answers may differ from the actual exam.
