e-Pustaka BPSDM Kaltim

The East Kalimantan Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) e-Pustaka is a digital library service developed by the East Kalimantan Provincial Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) to support literacy improvement, competency development, and ease of access to information for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), training participants, instructors, and the general public.

Through this platform, users can easily access a collection of digital books, reference documents, training modules, scientific journals, and other knowledge sources relevant to human resource development and public policy.

e-Pustaka was developed as part of BPSDM Kaltim's digital transformation toward innovative, inclusive, and quality-oriented information technology-based services for government human resources. We believe that literacy is the foundation for a competitive and adaptive bureaucracy.
