How much does it cost to use EnergyApp?
Nothing. Not now, not ever. There's no paid version or subscription.

Do I have to switch providers?

No. You can use the app just to check the hourly electricity price without changing anything. If you check your bill and find you already have a good price, we'll let you know, and that's it.

Will you call me?
Only if you give us your phone number. And if you do, we'll notify you beforehand by email and SMS who will be calling and from what number.

What do you do with my bill?
We use it to review your tariff and tell you if you're overpaying. If you decide to switch providers, the necessary information goes to the advisor managing the change. We don't sell your data. If you want us to delete it, write to us and we'll do it.

Where does the electricity price come from?
From the official regulated PVPC tariff price, the same one published by Red Eléctrica every day for the following day.

Does it work for gas?
Yes. We review both electricity and gas bills.
