Users can – on demand - interact with other users – via text, video messages or voice call, whenever they feel low & can share their feelings, while being partially anonymous. The application captures user’s emotions every 24 hours. Based on the emotions chosen a user who is feeling ‘Sad’ is automatically connected with another user who is ‘Happy’ thus enabling peer support. Only displays first name, age & language.
According to a Johns Hopkins research, approximately 1 in 4 adults suffer from mental health issues. While facing such a situation or even before it, timely access to a peer network or someone to talk, can have huge positive impact.
