Truth be told, bad things happen in good organizations. We call them crises and they range from fires, deaths and natural disasters to embezzlement, the aftermath of an arrest or dismissal and incidents that draw media attention.

As a strategic communicator, I help organizations think, talk and work through these tough times and situations. How we handle each crisis and what we say impacts the organization, nonprofit, church, family, brand and sometimes the bottom line.
