Kaia Caller ID is the answer to natural customer service problems. In the perfect place and time, it provides precise information about the contractor who is currently calling you (or to whom you are calling).
Identification of telephone numbers
When the connection is established, Kaia recognizes the number if it is in any contractor's file. This is the first of many advantages of the application - no one has to spend time saving numbers in the phone. If they are in the CRM program, it is as if they were on all company phones with Kaia installed. Depending on the size of the company and the number of salespeople, such a simple thing can be a huge time saver.
How it's working?
After recognizing the number, a button will appear on the screen, which, after just one click, expands and shows information about the customer downloaded from the CRM system. The window that expands after the first click also contains a link to the full customer file.
In turn, if the number is not assigned to any customer, the application will display a context menu with the option of adding it to an existing directory or creating a new one.
The Kaia Caller ID app is, above all, brilliant in its simplicity. One click for short information, another for full information. Traders have all the information at their fingertips in a second or two.
The application makes it easier to quickly enter the issues covered by the conversation into the system. With one click, you can register the appropriate event, dictate a note to save or make changes to the order.
Moreover, thanks to integration with the stationary CRM system, all this data is immediately available to authorized users, not only mobile users.
