This application lets the users create projects and survey forms dynamically. It provides multiple question types such as Text, Numeric, Date, Single and Multi-Select, Nested Questions, Location, Image and so on. The app works online and offline, and the data will be synced whenever there is network availability.

Post Data collection the web -platform of mForm lets you create MIS Dashboards instantly using the Dashboard configuration panel.
