My AXA Italia

My AXA is the app dedicated to customers who have signed one or more policies with the AXA Italia group.

Register in just 3 steps or log in with the same account as the AXA Customer Area.

With My AXA you can:
- monitor all your policies. If you have a savings policy, you can monitor the progress of your investments
- monitor deadlines: the app reminds you when to renew your driver's license or to review the vehicle. To use this feature, you must manually enter the relevant expiration dates by accessing the policy detail page of your car or motorcycle
- request assistance at any time thanks to the new virtual assistant: help at the place of the accident, sending and geolocation in real time of the wrecker, assistance in completing the Blue Form!
- Create your inventory of assets owned in the home by attaching photos, receipts and everything you need to keep on hand! You can use your inventory to open a claim for example, subscribe to a new House policy or to monitor the legal expiry date of your assets
- open a car, home or accident claim and monitor its status
- if you have opened a car or motorcycle accident, you can book the nearest body shop near you!
- contact your AXA agent or your Banking Agency. For other types of assistance, you will find in the app the Contacts section with all useful numbers
- make a video call with the doctor in case of need if you have signed a policy New Health Protection AXA with warranty plus assistance or AXA MPS Wellness Formula
- download your policy documents
- change the password for access to AXA Customer Area
