Chipmunk enables patients to take reliable health measurements at home. For example, we measure blood pressure, weight and blood glucose. This allows healthcare providers to properly guide and treat patients remotely. These home measurements reduce patients' visits to the doctor, improve quality of life and reduce the GP’s workload.


Safe and reliable measurement

Chipmunk is a closed system where input errors are ruled out. All home measurements are automatically recorded by the smart Chipmunk hub. This way, everyone can use Chipmunk and we guarantee the safety and reliability of the measurements. Healthcare providers therefore find a Chipmunk measurement as reliable as a measurement in a GP's practice.


For whom?

If you are in treatment with your GP for a chronic condition (e.g. diabetes or cardiovascular problems), your GP practice can sign you up for Chipmunk. You will then receive a package with equipment for home measurement.

Grip on your indoor climate

With Chipmunk Home, we monitor the indoor climate of homes. We measure live temperature, CO2 levels, relative humidity, particulate matter and energy consumption. This gives insight into the health of a home and the opportunities for better energy management.



How it works

We measure the indoor climate with two devices. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. After all, these are the rooms where you spend the most time. There, we continuously measure temperature, CO2 content, relative humidity and the amount of particulate matter in the air. At the same time, we also remotely read the state of the smart energy meter. We collect all this measurement data wirelessly via the Chipmunk hub we install in the house. We display them on your own Chipmunk dashboard on your computer or via this app.


For whom?

If you rent a property from one of the housing associations we have agreements with, you can register with us free of charge. You can do so via our website www.chipmunkhome.com/energiekansen . There you will immediately see whether your housing corporation participates.
