Follow these easy steps:

1. Download My Galaxy app & evaluate the exchange price of your old device by giving inputs about age of your device, screen condition, available accessories etc.
2. The Exchange Price / Quote provided is ‘Max’ or ‘Upto’ price and is subject to physical check of your old device at the time of exchange.
3. Visit the nearby store & the show the unique Quote ID to the store owner. Also handover your old device along with declared accessories.
4. Finalize the new Samsung Smartphone that you would like to purchase.
5. Pay the remaining amount.
