The App includes:

understand, engaging, and relatable way, with helpful free resources.
• Specific advice, support and practices for improving your sleep.
• Guided Audio Practices to help you connect to your body and find your calm. Deborah’s calm and soothing voice will support you to feel safe and held. Learn how to move through activation, overwhelm, anxiety or shutdown, into calm grounded presence.

and presence. She holds a gentle, caring space for you to explore your connection to
yourself.
