This app allows the users to benefit from the various e-services provided by PHCC

1. Users can add their dependants and make requests on their behalf.
2. They can request for appointments in different types of clinics such as
a. Family Physician
b. General Dental.
c. Well baby
d. Medical Commission etc.
3. They can also view the list of Family Physicians and select a new Family Physician.
4. They can also request to change the assigned Health Centre
5. Users can view all their health card details, upcoming appointments etc.
6. Users can renew their health card or request for a new health card
