This Simple Macro Tracker helps you to keep your diet on point!
The Simple Macro Tracker was designed to help you keep track of your daily calorie and macro intake.
It calculates target values for your calorie and macro intake per day as well as for every meal.
For this you need to do no more than specify your bodyweight, your training intensity, the number of meals you want to have per day and whether you want to increase, decrease or maintain your current bodyweight.
Default values for your calorie intake and macro distribution are provided, but you can also use your own specifications to help you adjust your nutrition to your own specific needs.
By choosing the amount of every food you want to eat you can compare your results with the target values.
Simple Macro Tracker lets you create your own food database, so it is a great option if you are frequently eating similar kinds of food. To give you a good start, some default foods are already included.
This application is totally advertisement free.
Food weights are specified in grams, bodyweight in kilograms.
