We refill inventory every few minutes, if there are no items available, be patient, we refill inventory for sure.

7. My steam account is restricted from trading and I can't accept the offer
You should wait until restriction is gone and accept offer typically after time, but at this time offer may be canceled and points will be returned.
8. I would like to cancel my transaction and receive points back, what should I do?
Do not cancel or decline incoming trade, it will be canceled automatically in few hours if you won't accept it.
