Integration back into the society after spending time in prison is a daunting task. At StartOver we strive to offer a one-stop solution towards the basic needs of accommodation, self-reliance, sense of belonging, and productive contribution towards social equity. Our primary objective is the creation of a platform that can guide you on how to get accommodation, how to prepare a resume or embark on skills certifications in high demand fields, how to network with peer mentors, how to network with recruiters of firms that believe in giving people a second chance, and how to meet and build mutually beneficial relationships.

StartOver is a Seattle based small firm with a big heart. As the saying goes, it is better to teach a person how to fish than give that person a fish. At StartOver, we humbly strive to go one step further by giving that person a fishing rod and tools to not only fish for survival but fish for the social betterment of the entire society.

We offer resources on who accepts tenants who served time. We do not help in accommodation enrollment. We enable the development of resumes and skills profiles that potential employers can view on our app free of charge. We offer resources for facilities that offer skills training. We enable potential employers to advertise job openings on our app on subscription fee basis of $99.75 per quarter. Service providers such as phone companies or banks can also advertise for a fee on the website
