For parents:

• Instant notification for every payment, invoice, or settlement.

• Receipts and statements in PDF format for saving and sharing.
• Activation via the mobile number registered with the kindergarten and a verification code—no general registration required.

For kindergarten administration and staff:

• Payment collection with instant receipts, with protection against duplicate and over-allotment.

• Students: Add, edit, and register students, including photos, fees, and student copies for a new academic term.
• Finance: Income and expenses with invoice images, reports, and financial summaries.
• Payroll: Payroll generation with a preview of the net salary before approval.

• Staff and login accounts, including periods, classes, and buses.

• Precise permissions for each role, with a written explanation and an unalterable audit log for any corrections or cancellations.
• Works offline for reading with clear notifications.

Privacy: No ads or tracking. Data is stored on the kindergarten's server and transmitted encrypted. Parents can only see their children's information.
