According to Article 3 of the Parking Lot Act, the “Parking Lot Supply and Safety Management Status Survey” conducted every three years is conducted through on-site surveys by investigators. Since the investigators manually record on-site using printed maps, etc., errors in entry, omission of survey items, omission of survey areas, etc. occur during the survey stage, and errors in data coding, etc. occur during the input stage after the survey, which reduces the reliability of the data.

To solve these problems, the parking status survey app has been patented (registered patent 10-2177306 Parking Lot Supply Status Survey System) and has been developed to enable reliable surveys and accurate parking status analysis.

■ Registration of Survey Area Manager
● Organizations or individuals who wish to use this app must contact Taeyoung R&D Co., Ltd. and request registration as a “regional manager.”

■ Registration and Management of Investigators
● Regional managers recruit investigators and request membership registration.
● Investigators select personal information and a survey area to register as members.
● Regional managers can check and approve the contents of investigator membership registration. ● You can also send necessary information to the investigators through messages.

■ Registering and managing investigation area and parking lot data
● You can draw the parking status investigation area as a CAD file, convert it to a SHP file, and upload and delete it.
● You can convert the administrative district of the investigation area to a SHP file, upload and delete it.
● It is convenient to check and modify the uploaded administrative district and investigation area on the satellite map or general map of Kakao Map, and you can upload and delete it again after modification.

● You can upload and delete the number of registered cars in the investigation area in an appropriate Excel format.

■ Parking status investigation by investigators
● Investigators can modify and add parking lot installation and parking status information using a smartphone.
● Investigate and transmit the investigation items on the investigation app.

■ Parking status analysis results
● Parking status analysis results (securing rate, supply rate, illegal rate, legal rate, etc.) can be derived by survey area.
● Parking status analysis results can be derived for selected areas on the map.
