This is Flower Road, an electric kickboard sharing service.

How to use Flower Road
1. Look at Flo for electric kickboards around you, or find a nearby Flower Road electric kickboard through the app.
2. If you scan the QR code on the top of the electric kickboard, it will be unlocked and you can use it.
3. Travel safely to your destination.
4. Please park in a conspicuous place that will not interfere with traffic near your destination.
5. If you press the lock button on the app, payment will be made and use will end.
