With the new Open Loop fare payment technology, one tap replaces the many steps required to purchase tickets through other apps and websites. Building a route, filling out data, specifying a payment method, generating a ticket - all this is done in one click.
To make a trip with the ProTransport+ mobile application, the user just needs to go to the sensors installed at train stations and stations, open the application and click on the “Start trip” button. The fare is blocked on the bank card linked to the application, which is debited after clicking the “End trip” button. Thanks to advanced technologies, the application is able to automatically recognize the geolocation of the start and end of a trip.
