Aram Maintenance is the booking app for the Design-Build-Maintenance division of Aram Building Contracting L.L.C. Book a technician for your home or your building, see the price before you book, and follow the job right through to the invoice.

THE PRICE IS ON THE SCREEN
Every service shows what it costs and how long it takes before you add it. VAT is charged once on the invoice total. The emergency call-out is one fee for the whole visit — never one fee per service.

ONE VISIT FOR THE WHOLE LIST
Add as many services as you need and give them a single appointment. If one of them has to move, move that one on its own; the rest of the booking stays where it is.

NOTHING IS ADDED WITHOUT YOUR WORD
If the technician finds that a job needs an extra part or extra work, it reaches your bill only after you have approved it — with the reason and the price in front of you. A price cannot change without a reason you are sent. An appointment cannot be moved by the office without your approval.

KNOW WHO IS COMING, AND WHEN
Follow your technician on the map on the day. You are told when he is on his way, when he arrives, and when the work is finished.

PHOTOS SAVE A SECOND VISIT
Attach a photo or a video of the problem to the booking, so the right technician arrives with the right parts.

EVERY INVOICE IN ONE PLACE
The bill is prepared when the work is done, priced the way it was quoted, and kept in the app. Pay the technician in cash, by card, or through a payment link — nothing is charged when you book.

EMERGENCY, SAME DAY
Need someone today? One call-out fee covers the whole visit, however many jobs are on it.

YEARLY PLANS, IF YOU WANT ONE
Silver and Gold are annual maintenance contracts with preventive visits, a discount on every job and emergency call-outs with no call-out fee. Ask through the app and the office will call you — nothing is bought or charged inside the app.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CHOICE
Look around the whole app before you create an account. Save the addresses you use most. Delete your account from inside the app whenever you like.
