DotHQ

DotHQ is the International Franchise Association's internal workspace for staff. It brings membership, events, web, search and email data together in one place, and pairs it with Dot — an AI assistant built specifically for franchising.

What you can do

• Ask Dot questions in plain language and get answers drawn from IFA's own records first, then trusted franchising sources — with a breakdown showing exactly where every answer came from. • Review membership, dues, events and revenue figures pulled live from IFA's CRM. • Track website traffic, search performance and email campaign results, filtered by date and page. • Search a growing library of Franchise Disclosure Documents, open them in a built-in reader, run deep analysis of Items 1–21, and export lists to Excel. • Browse brand and supplier profiles, FOG leads, and account directories with search, filters and CSV export. • Follow daily franchise news, trends, legal updates and advocacy coverage, save articles, and ask legal questions against the knowledge base. • Upload documents of any type for summaries, comparisons and editing help — drag and drop straight into the chat. • Pick up conversations across pages and devices, with recent and pinned chat history, voice input and read-aloud replies.

Secure by design Access is by administrator invitation only. Every sign-in requires a second step — an emailed code, a passkey using Face ID or fingerprint, or a personal PIN — with recovery codes as a backup. All information in DotHQ is confidential to IFA staff.

DotHQ is private software for authorized IFA staff and is not available to the general public
