Foto Notes – Timestamp Camera

Foto Notes burns the date, time, address, GPS coordinates, compass, altitude, a small map thumbnail and your note right into the photo. There is nothing to edit afterwards and no separate notepad. The timestamp sits in the pixels and stays on every copy, in every app.

Job site, apartment viewing, handover, appraisal, inspection or attendance record: the photo shows when and where it was taken.

An info card that updates live in the viewfinder:
• Large clock with seconds, date and timezone
• Full address with street, number and city

DESIGN RIGHT IN THE CAMERA

Adjust transparency, colors, size and placement in the panel next to the shutter, and the viewfinder shows each change instantly. Place the stamp in a corner, or above or below the photo so it covers no detail.

NOTES FROM BUILDING BLOCKS

Build your note from tap-in building blocks. Each one appears as a small badge in the note field and always shows the current value in the photo:
• Date and time, to the second
• Location as city, country or full address
• Room from your room list (kitchen, bathroom, office …)
• Exact GPS coordinates, even offline
• Your company name and website (Pro)

Mix badges with free text as you like: "Kitchen sink fixed" plus a date and a time badge is three words and two taps.

MADE FOR VIEWINGS AND JOB SITES

Pick the room before each shot, from the built-in list or, with Pro, from your own. Three viewings later you still know which bathroom belongs to which apartment. On the job site, date, GPS and map record every step.

CHECK-IN: WORK HOURS WITH PROOF

Check-in mode clocks you in and out with a proof photo taken by the selfie camera, with the time burned-in into it. The app reminds you to check out, times you add or correct later are marked in the report, and a backup file takes your time log along to a new phone. Get the work time report as a PDF with photos, daily totals and signature lines, or as CSV. Your first report is free, after that it is part of Pro.

STAMP EXISTING PHOTOS (PRO)

Stamp photos you already have from your gallery or files. Date, time and location come from the original's capture data (EXIF), and the originals stay untouched.
