BizOn: Business Simulation

BizOn is a simulation-based learning platform for students, instructors, and adult learners who want to practice business decision-making in structured scenarios.

The app brings together four learning spaces:

- Startup Lab: manage a business through multiple decision rounds, events, and resource trade-offs.
- Brand Passport: practice internationalization decisions, record your reasoning, and review the decision path.
- AIBIS: compare market-entry modes using priorities such as control, speed, capital, learning, and risk tolerance.
- Instructor space: organize classroom activities and prepare post-simulation discussion.

Simulation outcomes are produced by versioned rules that can be reviewed. Lumina supports questioning, explanation, and reflection; it does not alter scores produced by the simulation model.

BizOn is designed to keep core learning data on the device. Learners can use the main modules without creating an account. Some instructor-led activities may use a class code and an explicit result-submission action; any submitted data is handled according to the privacy policy available in the app.
