Unity APP
The app provides the following features:
· Make and receive voice calls to other Unity users and external parties
· Make and receive video calls to other Unity users within your organisation
· Access the company telephone directory
· View your colleagues’ presence
· Send and receive instant messages
· View your call history
· Change your call control settings (e.g. call forwards)
The app requires the following:
· A subscription to Redcentric’s (InTechnology’s) Unity service
· A Wi-Fi connection
The app has not been validated on tablets and does not support tablet devices. Available features are subject to the purchased Unity service pack.
