Relay is a task, project and goal manager built on the Getting Things Done method. You capture anything on your mind into an Inbox, turn each item into a concrete next action or a project with a defined outcome, and see only what you can actually do right now.

CAPTURE
Get things out of your head quickly: a quick-add bar, a home screen widget, and sharing from any app. You can email items straight into your Inbox, and drop in files and photos.

CLARIFY
A guided wizard takes one item at a time and asks the same questions in the same order. Is it actionable, is it one step or several, is it someone else's, does it need a date. Nothing gets filed by guesswork.

ORGANISE
Next actions, projects with a defined outcome, waiting for, someday/maybe, and a reference archive. Contexts describe what a step needs, such as a phone, a keyboard, or being at home, so a list of calls is not mixed in with errands.

REVIEW
The weekly review is where most systems quietly fail, because it depends on remembering to check everything. Relay turns it into a step-by-step flow: clear the Inbox, update each project, then check your goals and areas. Trigger lists jog loose what you had forgotten you were carrying, and you can pause a review and pick it up where you left off.

ENGAGE
Today's calendar sits beside today's shortlist, with next actions filtered to the time you actually have before your next commitment.

HORIZONS
Projects ladder up to goals, areas of focus, vision and purpose, so you can check that what you are doing still serves what you care about.

CONNECTS TO WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Todoist, Notion and Linear. Every connection is optional, Relay works fully with none of them, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

YOUR DATA
Crafted and hosted in Switzerland. The database, files and server code all run in Google's Zurich region. You can export everything as JSON whenever you want, and delete your account and all its data from inside the app.
