Gate Rush 3D: Army Runner

One knight. A thousand levels. Every gate doubles your army or destroys it.

Gate Rush 3D is a crowd runner about arithmetic under pressure. You steer with one thumb along a sky bridge while gates rush at you in pairs: x3 or +12, Clone or Shield, Damage or Fire Rate. Pick correctly and a single knight becomes a roaring army. Pick the halving gate and you arrive at the battle undersized, watching a crowd you spent the whole run building lose by the numbers.

RUN, GROW, CONQUER
Drag left or right. Your squad follows in formation and squeezes into single file when the bridge narrows. Read the gates early, keep your numbers climbing, and hit the enemy crowd with more knights than they have.

A THOUSAND HANDCRAFTED LEVELS
Twenty realms, each with its own sky, stone and skyline, from the training bridges of the first kingdom to the gold and black of the last. Every level is built by hand, not generated, so each one asks a different question.

MATH GATES THAT DECIDE THE RUN
Add, subtract, multiply, divide, clone, shield and mystery. The arithmetic is the whole game. A x2 taken forty knights early is worth more than a +25 taken late, and the run where you realise that is the run where you start winning.

BATTLES SETTLED BY NUMBERS
Enemy squads have a number too. Beat it and you march on with the survivors; fall short and you watch your army fold. Elite squads count for more than they show, so bring a margin.

ONE HUNDRED BOSSES
Every tenth level ends at a boss with telegraphed attacks: sweeping lasers, slamming columns, twin hammers and pulsing gaps. Higher realms unlock more patterns and give you less time to read them.

EIGHT HAZARDS
Swinging hammers, sliding walls, spike strips, sawblade tracks, crushers, collapsing floors, moving pillars and laser sweeps. All of them are dodgeable. None of them are memorisation tests.

FINISH FOR FIVE TIMES THE COINS
The run ends on a rising ramp of multiplier pads. The bigger the army you bring home, the higher you climb, up to x5.
