HajzGo Business

HajzGo Business is the app for bus companies registered on the HajzGo platform. It brings every page of the company admin panel to phone and tablet, and each staff member sees only what their role allows.

Office and counter:
• Sell tickets at the counter: pick the trip and seat, confirm, and print the receipt.
• Manage bookings: collect payment, cancel, move a passenger to another trip.
• Trips, routes, buses and schedules.

Crew (driver and attendant):
• Today's trips and the passenger manifest, available offline.
• Board passengers with one tap or by scanning the ticket QR code.
• Share the bus location with the company office during an active trip only.
• File incident reports with photos.

Management:
• Staff, roles and permissions.
• Finance: receipts, refunds, settlement statements with the platform.
• Reviews, support tickets, notifications and activity log.

The app is for staff of partner companies and requires an account created by the company's management. Travellers: download the HajzGo app to book tickets.
