Captain Push-Up: Plank Workout GAME
Captain Push-Up turns your plank into an arcade game. Put your phone on the floor, get into a push-up position facing the screen, and the front camera follows the height of your eyes. Push up, the Captain flies up. Lower down, he flies down. Loaded bars slide across the gym, and you hold whatever position gets him through the gap.
No tapping, no controller. Your body is the joystick, and the game only moves while you hold the plank.
HOW A ROUND GOES
Press Play and do one push-up: that is all the calibration there is. Then the bars come. Some gaps are high (arms straight), some are low (chest near the floor), some are in between. The longer you last, the faster it gets.
POINTS THAT REWARD ENDURANCE
Every bar you pass scores. Your multiplier climbs with your progress, up to x5, so the end of a long round is worth far more than the start. Special bars are worth extra: Rainbow (a narrower gap), Gold (a long hold near the floor), Galaxy (a gap that drifts), and the Endurance beam, a long stretch you hold all the way through.
A NEW CHALLENGE EVERY DAY
One goal a day: pass a number of bars, last a number of seconds, catch special bars. Complete it to earn coins, keep your streak going, and unlock new outfits for the Captain in the shop. An optional reminder tells you when the challenge of the day is ready.
A TIMER THAT ONLY COUNTS EFFORT
The timer runs while you play and pauses on its own if you leave the frame or drop out of position. The game resumes with a countdown when you are back. Your effort time is real.
SEE YOURSELF IN THE GYM
Your reflection appears behind the game in pixel art, framed so your eyes sit right on the Captain. You can switch to the live camera, or turn it off.
SHARE YOUR ROUND
At the end, share a score card or a video clip of your round, with the game drawn over your push-ups. The clip is made on your phone.
TRACK EVERY SESSION
Best score, best time, total effort, a chart of your last ten rounds and the full history.
A SECOND CHANCE
Crashed? Continue once per round from the same spot, keeping your score.
WHAT THIS APP NEEDS
The front camera, used only to track the height of your eyes while you play. Nothing is uploaded: the clip of your round stays on your phone unless you choose to share it. Everything works offline.
8-bit style, chiptune sounds, original pixel art. Made for short, intense sessions at home: two minutes of plank feel very different when a caped hero depends on it.
