Fish & Chips is a free directory of over 300 of the best chippies and fish and chip restaurants across all twelve UK regions, from seaside institutions to the high-street shop three streets away. Every shop is included on merit. No sponsored listings, no paid placement, no way to buy a better position. Ever.

FIND A PROPER CHIPPY
• Browse a map or a list, sorted by distance from wherever you are
• Filter by region, by what a shop offers, and by what it fries in — beef
dripping or vegetable oil
• See opening hours, directions, photos and what a shop is known for
• Ratings drawn from public rating sites, hygiene inspections, verified public sentiment banded into tiers so you can see at a glance which shops stand out. All of them are great but you can check out the excellent, exceptional and outstanding
• Almost 500 shops carry a national award — NFFF, the Fry Awards and more
