Several doors, several phones, one event. Each device counts its own gate and the totals add up live on every screen. Invite your team with a code or a QR code, approve who joins, and move people from one gate to another by dragging them on the gate board.

NAMED GUEST LIST

Import your list from a photo of a printed sheet or by pasting text: the names are recognised automatically. At the door, search for a name and check the guest in together with their plus-ones. Anyone not on the list can be added on the spot. The list stays in sync across every gate, so nobody gets in twice.

CAPACITY AT A GLANCE

Set the authorised capacity and always see how many places are left. The dial changes colour and says it in words at 50%, 80% and 100%, and asks for confirmation before counting anyone over the limit.

COUNT WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Guests, staff, VIPs, photographers, artists: create the categories you need, each with its own icon and colour. Staff can stay out of the capacity count.

ATTENDANCE CHARTS AND PDF REPORTS

Follow attendance throughout the event, gate by gate, with the peak you actually reached. At the end, export a PDF report – counts and charts, or the full guest list with check-in time, gate and operator – ready to hand to your client or keep on file.

MADE FOR THE DOOR

Big buttons you can read at arm's length, a touch lock for when the phone is in your pocket, and a screen that stays on while you count. Volume keys and Bluetooth remotes count too, so you can keep your eyes on the queue. A finished event stays finished: the final figure cannot change afterwards.
