Where Tickets: Trip Wallet APP

Every trip arrives as a pile of PDFs. The flight in one email, the hotel in another, the train ticket as a screenshot, the apartment booking somewhere in a chat. Where Tickets collects all of it and turns it into an itinerary you can actually use.

HOW IT WORKS

Send a booking to the app — share it straight from your mail app or your browser, pick a PDF, or just photograph it. The app reads the document, works out what it is, and pulls out the route: which city, which day, who is travelling. Your trip builds itself as bookings arrive, in the order you will travel them.

No inbox scanning. The app is never connected to your email account. You decide what goes in.

WHAT YOU CAN PUT IN

• PDF tickets and confirmations — airlines, trains, buses, hotels, apartments
• Photos and screenshots — camera, gallery, JPG, PNG, HEIC
• Anything shared from another app through the Android share sheet
• Several photos of one booking, kept together as a single document

If a document cannot be read — a printout of a login page, a blank scan, a confirmation with no location in it — the app tells you instead of failing quietly, and shows you how to get a proper copy out of the site you booked with.

WORKS OFFLINE

Once a document is on your phone, it stays on your phone. Airplane mode, a roaming SIM that never connected, an airport with no signal: your tickets still open. Sign in on a second device and your trips are there too.

TRAVELLING TOGETHER

Share a trip with the people on it by showing them a QR code. They see the itinerary on their own phone, add their own bookings to it, and keep their own tickets. If they do not have the app yet, the invite walks them through installing it.

Sharing is free for both sides, and it always will be.

BUILT SO THAT WE CANNOT READ YOUR TICKETS

This is the part we care most about. Your documents, the text inside them and the names of the people travelling are encrypted on your phone, with a key that never leaves it. What reaches our servers is a sealed file that we have no way to open — not our staff, not a support agent, not anyone who walks off with our database.

What is not encrypted is the skeleton of the route: city names, dates and prices, which the app needs in order to build your timeline. No names, no documents, no personal text.

The trade-off is real, so we would rather say it plainly than hide it: because we cannot read your data, we also cannot recover it for you if you forget your password. The app gives you a recovery code when you set up. Keep it somewhere safe.

FREE

Where Tickets is free to start with 10 free uploads, and viewing a trip that somebody shared with you will always be free.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

It does not book or change anything for you, it does not track prices, and it does not want your inbox. It keeps the tickets you already have, and it knows where they belong.
