Curbo: Bus Jam Puzzle

The parking lot is a traffic jam. A line of passengers is waiting on the sidewalk. You have to make the two things coincide.

Each vehicle exits only straight ahead, in the direction of the front, and only if the lane in front is free. When it exits, it goes to one of the boarding bays, and passengers of its color board. When it's full, it leaves again and frees up the space.

It seems simple. It's not.

There are three bays, sometimes two. A bus that no one can fill stays there and takes a seat from you. If all the bays are blocked, the level is over: there's no timer, there's no luck, there's only the order in which you decided to send the vehicles out. And it was almost always wrong.
