NCBI BLAST for Android

This application interfaces with the NCBI Basic Local Alignment Search Tool.
It accepts several parameters:
* Database
* Entrez Query
* Matrix
* Gap Cost
* Word Size.

Simply enter your chosen protein sequence, GI, or accession and wait for the response.
Results appear directly on the application screen and can also be saved right on your device for later viewing or transfer to Desktop.
