組織のメンバー自ら職場内のセクハラに関する自分の知識、思考、感情、行動方式をチェックし、改善することで、自律的に職場内のセクハラを予防するためのアプリです。
本チェックリストは、回答者が自ら点検するほか、他の用途に使用されないため素直に応答して、自分のチェックする時間を持ってみてください。


This checklist has been developed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor
to prevent workplace sexual harassment by allowing employees to check their knowledge、
attitudes、and behaviors associated with sexual harassment in the workplace。
Please respond honestly to the self-check questions as this checklist will not be used for any other purpose than self-monitoring。
