Freeing storage that does not fill back up in a week
Storage fills from a small number of sources, and cache is not among the top five. Deleting the wrong things produces a temporary result and a recurring chore. Deleting the right things, and changing the two settings that keep refilling them, fixes it properly.

The order to work in
