Cold Turkey

Use Cold Turkey to temporarily block yourself from your phone so that you can:

1) Concentrate on studying, or focus on work you love.
2) Have better, meaningful conversations with friends around you.
3) Give your date the respect they deserve.
4) Help reduce your automatic response of checking your phone.

Instructions:

Step 1: Start the app and set the amount of time you want to block yourself (1 min - 1 hour)
Step 2: Tap "Go Cold Turkey" to start the device-wide block
Step 3: Profit - and enjoy your surroundings on planet Earth

Once the block is started, you won't be able to stop it until your timer is finished. Blocking features include the back button, holding the power button to restart the device and switching apps. You will still be able to tap your home button, but no other apps will be able to start. Additionally, you will still be able to take out your battery to restart your device in case of emergencies.
