Marmotta: Mountain Brawler

A marmot. A red scarf. A whole mountain to climb… and far beyond.

Marmotta is a pixel-art beat 'em up. Summer is ending in the Alps when the Giant Eagle raids the burrow and steals the family's whole winter stock of dandelions… just to make himself a cushion for his nap. Foxes, boars, eagles, ibexes, zombies, robots and wolves stand in your way. Punch, roll, whistle, and take them back, all the way to the Moon. It's all told in an opening scene and an ending worth the climb, with an old peddler who always has something to say.

FIGHT LIKE A REAL BRAWLER
• Chain punches into an uppercut, land flying kicks, bounce off heads.
• Grab a foe, two knee strikes, and throw them into the pack.
• Slide under attacks, dive-bomb from the air, roll into an invincible ball.
• Parry at the right moment, blast everyone away with the marmot's alarm whistle.
• Pick up a shepherd's staff, a sling, a bell, pine cones or tomatoes.

The meadow, the larch forest, the torrent and its floating logs, the scree, the glacier in a blizzard, the stormy summit… then the lab of zombie marmots, the city and its traffic, the city at night in the dark, the Underworld and its rising lava, the Frozen Peak and its giant snowballs, the Moon, where you jump twice as high, Prehistory, with its tar pits, raptor eggs and volcano, and Ancient Egypt, with its mummies, quicksand and traps.

10 BOSSES TO FIGURE OUT
The Great Bear, the Giant Eagle, the Brute, the Rat King, the Godfather, the Salamander Queen, the Yeti, the Mecha Eagle, the T. rex and the Mummy Pharaoh. Each has its tricks, and the last ones fly into a rage at half health.
