How to Place an Order:
Fill Your Cart: Add your favorite products, choose the preferred units and quantities, and review/edit your cart anytime.
Delivery Details: For your first order, provide your delivery address details and pin your location on the map.
Custom Notes: Add any delivery instructions (e.g., "Hand the package to a specific person at the address").
Confirm & Pay: We currently support secure (Bank Transfer). Upon confirmation, you will receive your unique order number and transfer instructions.

Important Order & Shipping Policies:
Order Activation: Your order status remains "Pending Teacher/Merchant Confirmation" until payment is verified. Upload your bank transfer receipt via the "My Account" page or send it directly to management via the built-in WhatsApp button.
Fast Free Delivery: We guarantee free delivery to supported areas within 24 hours of receiving your payment receipt.
Auto-Cancellation: Orders will be automatically cancelled if the payment receipt is not provided within 48 hours.
Geographical Coverage: Free delivery is restricted to specific areas selectable in the app. If your area is not listed, simply tap the "WhatsApp" or "Landline" button to contact our support team to check availability and manually add your area.

🌍 Expatriate Service: If you are outside the region or an expatriate living abroad, you can now easily support your family and order the finest spices and grocery products for them. We provide the option to deposit directly into our Kuraimi Bank account in either Yemeni Riyal (YER) or Saudi Riyal (SAR) using the international IBAN number provided on the checkout page. We will take care of safely delivering the order right to your family's doorstep within our supported areas.
