Pain Tracker APP

You ate something today. Hours later, your stomach turned. Somewhere in the last week is the thing that keeps doing this — and nobody can hold a week of meals in their head.

Why Is Pain is a small, stubborn notebook that remembers for you.

QUICK TO LOG
A meal takes about fifteen seconds. A flare-up takes two taps. That is the whole design constraint: a diary you stop feeding tells you nothing, so this one asks for as little as possible. Add ingredient tags only when you feel like it. Note how much you ate only when it matters.

SLOW TO BLAME
Most trackers will happily tell you cheese is your problem after three data points. This one will not. It waits until it has enough evidence, shows you how much it is working from, and says plainly when it does not know yet.

When a suspect does show up, you can see exactly why: how often it was followed by pain, how often it was not, and what else was on the plate at the time. It also catches things you would not think to look for — pairs of foods that look innocent alone and only cause trouble together, and whether a stressful week is doing more of the work than anything you ate.

PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No ads, ever. Your diary lives on your phone — there is no server to send it to, because we run none. The one thing the app sends anywhere is your subscription status, under an anonymous ID, to RevenueCat. Export what you have logged whenever you want, as JSON or CSV, and delete it from inside the app if you are done.

FREE FOR 30 DAYS, THEN $2 A MONTH OR $10 A YEAR
Everything unlocked for a month. After that, a subscription — $2 monthly or $10 yearly, no ads, all future updates included. Your history and your export stay readable whether you subscribe or not. We are not holding your diary hostage.

Thirty days because that is how long it honestly takes. Patterns need a couple of weeks of logging before they mean anything, and a shorter trial would expire before you had seen the thing you would be paying for.
