Slingshot celestial matter into a gravity well and watch it fall into a slowly turning accretion disk. Two bodies of the same kind that touch fuse into the next rung of a 12-step cosmic ladder. You choose one thing — where to launch — and gravity decides the rest.

🪐 CLIMB THE LADDER
It starts with a speck of dust. Twelve rungs later the disk is bending around what you built. What each rung turns out to be is the part worth finding out for yourself — the Codex fills a slot in only once you have made the thing that goes in it.

• No two alike. Every body is generated from its own seed: the craters, the continents, the gas bands, the ring. Nobody else's sky looks like yours.
• Most runs end well short of the top. That is what the next one is for.

🌌 GRAVITY IS THE PUZZLE
There is no jar and no grid. A dense core pulls everything inward, the disk turns as it grows, and one merge can resettle the whole thing into a cascade you did not plan. A run lasts a couple of minutes and ends two ways: let the disk spill past the event ring, or fling a body clean out of orbit.

88 real constellations, charted by landing deep merge chains — the deeper the chain, the rarer the sky it reveals.

• Every body, constellation and piece of debris you meet is logged with a real astronomy fact.
• Rarity runs from Common to Mythic. The mythic ones are the obscure constellations, and they are hard to find on purpose.

A dead satellite never merges — not even with more trash. It wedges into the disk and takes the room you needed. The only aimed way out is threading it past your own clutter and into the star.
