MorphMove is a two-player strategy board game where moving a piece changes its shape. Learn four simple rules, then explore a game of planning, positioning and constant change.

Control the center
On a compact 5 × 7 board, each player has six pieces. Win by holding three tiles in the center cross when your opponent’s turn ends. Every piece is visible: your decisions and your opponent’s moves shape the outcome.

Pieces that transform
Triangles, diamonds and stars move in different directions. After moving, a piece changes into its next shape, changing what it can do next. Move onto an opponent’s tile to swap positions and transform both pieces. They cannot swap directly back on the next turn. Plan ahead to turn each transformation into an advantage.
