Smart Contact

Smart Contact helps you find colleagues, look up departments, and manage contacts from your authorized contact list.

CONNECT YOUR CONTACTS SOURCE
• Import a JSON file or paste the administrator-provided configuration to connect directly to a compatible LDAP server via LDAPS.

• Select Viettel Group if you have an account granted to use the Viettel system.

• Select Experience Mode to explore the interface and operations with sample data, without needing a business account.

FIND AND MANAGE CONTACTS

• Search for contacts, view phone numbers, emails, job titles, and departments by source data.

• Browse organizational structure and select search scope.

• Synchronize contacts for offline lookup based on configuration and session policies.

• Create groups, save contacts to your device's Contacts, and share information when authorized.

• Manage permissions, exclusions, caching, and local data.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE?

To use real data, you need an account and access to the contact source. The administrator of the compatible LDAP configuration feed or a Viettel account. The application does not automatically create accounts on the enterprise server. Connectivity depends on configuration, authentication method, network, and access permissions.

PRIVACY AND CHOICES
Login and lookup may send authentication information, keywords, or phone numbers to the selected source. Contacts saved to Contacts can be synchronized via the operating system account. You can opt out; corresponding functionality will be limited. See the in-app policy for data, how it is saved, and the scope of deletion.

Experience mode uses sample data. Connect your contact source to use real data. Smart Contact does not provide a public directory of all phone numbers.
