Gust: You Are the Wind GAME
A balloon slips from a child's hand at dawn. Swipe under it and your wind lifts it over the market, past the bunting and the chimney pots, to her window. Then the day goes on: a paper boat on the morning water, an ember over the fields at noon, a paraglider on the afternoon thermals, a rain cloud over the fires, a kite at dusk and a paper lantern let go at night. One city, one day, seven things carried by the wind.
A WIND PHYSICS GAME WITH NO BUTTONS
Swipe to push, hold to carry, tap to nudge. Everything else is physics. The balloon rides your gusts. The paper boat cannot feel the wind, so you ring bells to lift sluice gates and turn mill wheels to run the water. The ember lights wicks whose heat carries it. The paraglider needs air across its wing and threads rings in order. The cloud rains what it holds on the fires and drinks again over water. The kite's string catches on hooks. The lantern's flame gutters in hard wind and rekindles by a lamp. Every level asks something new of the same one finger, and the game tells you plainly why you lost and how to do better.
A HAND-PAINTED WATERCOLOUR WORLD
Every frame is a painting: wet edges, pooled pigment, paper grain, a sky that turns from dawn to noon to dusk to night while you play. Birds cross, smoke drifts, fireflies wander, laundry swings on the line, and the people of the city duck when a hat goes past. The music is strings and a harp, calm from start to finish.
SEVENTY LEVELS, RISING
- Seven heroes, seven chapters of ten levels, each chapter harder than the last
- A hidden trophy off the path in every level, and sketchbook pages to find
- A clock to beat for points, medals for grace and speed, three lives a level
- Seven Mischief levels of hats, wigs and newspapers to steal from the townsfolk
- Short spoken-plainly tutorials before every new hero, and a hint from the sky when you are stuck
A FAIR DEAL
Chapter One is free. One purchase unlocks the rest of the day, the coda and every future chapter, and removes every ad forever. On the free chapter the only ads are rewarded videos you choose to watch, for a hint or another life, never forced and never in the middle of play. No timers, no energy, no loot boxes. Progress saves to your Google account and the whole game works offline.
A relaxing story game about the wind, made by one person for anyone who has ever watched a balloon go.
