This is the official app for the WASH HOUSE coin laundry service. It allows you to use the washing machines and dryers at each laundromat from your smartphone.

[Using a Washer/Dryer from Your Smartphone]
(1) Select the machine you want to use (washer/dryer). Scan the QR code to identify the machine you want to use and select the cycle.
(2) Payment can also be made through the WASH HOUSE app.
Various payment methods are accepted (credit cards, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, au PAY, d-payment, Merpay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay).
(3) After payment, the cycle begins.
You can also check the remaining time through the WASH HOUSE app. You will also receive a notification when the cycle ends.

Paying through the smartphone app means you don't need to exchange coins at the laundromat if you run out. Multiple payment services are supported, so you can use your existing account.

[Reserving a Washer/Dryer]
Reservations for priority machines can be made through the app. Reserving a machine before your visit ensures availability.

You can check the store's availability by simply tapping on your frequently visited store, or by searching for and tapping on the store you want to use.
