My Payroll App

My Payroll App is the employee app for companies that run their payroll with us.

Your employer gives you access. Open the app, tap "First time? Activate with your code", enter your company's sign-in ID, your employee code and the 6-digit activation code from your employer, and choose a password.

What you can do:
• See this month's pay at a glance: net pay, gross and deductions
• Open any month for the full breakdown: earnings, deductions, income tax and EOBI/PF
• Track your fiscal-year totals
• Download your payslips as PDF, one month or several at once
• Find your contract and other employment documents
• Keep a backup email and your bank account up to date
• Turn on payslip notifications and get told when a new payslip is issued

Private by design:
• You see only your own records
• Bank account changes wait 48 hours and are emailed to you and your employer, protecting your salary
• Notifications say only that a payslip is ready, never the amount
• Signing out also turns off notifications on that phone

My Payroll App needs an account created by your employer. If your employer has not set you up, the app cannot sign you in.
