The newly revamped Taoyuan City Library app is officially launched, offering a variety of new services!

1. Explore: Explore the library's rich collection with new book recommendations, popular bestseller lists, and books you might like.

2. Support for Multiple Library Cards and Mobile Library Card Barcodes: Now you can add your own and your family members' library cards to the app. When borrowing books, you can switch between them and show your mobile library card barcode at any time, eliminating the need to carry multiple cards. The app allows you to view information such as borrowing, reservations, favorites, and reading points for each library card. You can also individually manage settings such as arrival notification methods for reserved books and preset pick-up locations.

3. Message Center and Push Notifications: After all library cards are added, various message notifications will be stored in the Message Center. When new messages arrive, they will be displayed via push notifications, ensuring you don't miss important information.

4. Catalogue Search: Simply enter keywords to search the catalogue. The search is supported while typing; entering only part of the book title will instantly list books matching your criteria. Advanced search functions are also available, allowing you to add multiple criteria, genres, locations, etc., for more precise results. Additionally, you can directly scan the ISBN barcode of a book to quickly access detailed information.

5. Clearer Book Information: A single page displays comprehensive catalogue information, reservation information, and book details, eliminating the need to switch between different pages.

6. Mobile Borrowing: Simply scan the catalogue barcode to borrow books instantly, saving you valuable time by avoiding queues at the counter.
