You can now easily and conveniently use the official Smart Land Information (https://kgeop.go.kr) service on your Android phone. Based on accurate public data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, easily view nationwide real estate information, land registers, and building registers anytime, anywhere.

[Key Features of the New Smart Land Information Improvements]

1. Smart Land Information UI Improvements

- Map services are available immediately from the main screen upon launching Smart Land Information.

- Brief help is provided for icons, buttons, and services for first-time users.

- Continuous cadastral maps, the latest aerial photographs, English maps, and Baro e-Map internet background maps are provided.

2. Find Places

- You can easily search for places by road name, lot number address, or building name using the integrated address search. (Select Search Tab: Road Name / Lot Number)

3. Parcel Information (Land Register, Building Register, Officially Assessed Land Price)

- Detailed land, building, and price information for the selected parcel on the map is provided at a glance.

4. Land Use Analysis - Provides information on land, buildings, and residents for selected areas by region, radius, or polygon.

5. Actual Transaction Prices - Provides accurate and reliable real estate actual transaction price information for detached houses, multi-family houses, apartments, and land by selecting a base year, region, etc.

6. National Land Statistics - Provides annual and monthly statistical information on real estate status, transactions, and prices.
